Absolutely not. We understand your need for privacy. We use 100% opaque (non-transparent) flyer bags. The shipping label only shows your name and a general category like "Apparel." We never list product names like "Bra" or "Lingerie" on the outside package.

As per the policy of major courier companies in Pakistan (M&P, Trax, Leopards), riders do not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy. If you pay and then find an issue, simply contact us.

To ensure hygiene for all our customers, we have specific rules:

Cosmetics: Accepted only if sealed and unopened.
Bras/Nightwear: Exchangeable within 7 days if unworn with tags attached. Note: For strict hygiene reasons, Panties and Briefs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the packet was unopened.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID. You can enter that ID on the courier's website to see exactly where your package is.
