Welcome to Bazak.pk. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

• Bazak.pk is an online retail store operating in Pakistan.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Accuracy

• Colors & Sizing: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (undergarments and cosmetics). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Descriptions: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Cosmetics Disclaimer: We are not the manufacturers of the cosmetic products sold. While we ensure products are authentic, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend checking ingredients on the package before use.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), [Bank Transfer], [JazzCash/Easypaisa].

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the courier rider upon delivery. Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in your account being blacklisted from future orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

6. Return & Exchange Policy (Important Hygiene Clause)

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we have a strict policy to protect the health and safety of our customers:

• Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, briefs, boxers, or lingerie sets once the package has been opened or the seal broken.

• Bras: Bras may be exchanged for size issues only if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Cosmetics: Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or expired. We cannot accept returns on used or opened cosmetic products.

• Conditions: To be eligible for a return (where applicable), you must contact us within [e.g., 3 days] of receiving your order.
