Return & Refund Policy

Standard 7-Day Returns

At Bazak.pk, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy starting from the day you receive your parcel.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong size/color, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Proof Required: Please take a picture or video of the defective item and send it to our WhatsApp.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the amount will be transferred to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
  • Please allow 2-4 working days for the payment to reflect in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Store Error: If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item), we will pay for the return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
