1. Delivery Timeline

We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (M&P, Postex, Trax, Leopards, TCS etc).

Order Processing: 24 hours.
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.
Other Cities & Villages: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can enter this number on our courier partner's website to see the live status of your parcel.

4. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the rider when you receive the parcel.
Online Payment: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer (Contact us for details).

5. Incomplete or Damaged Parcels

While we pack everything with care, accidents can happen during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened:

Please do not accept an open parcel from the rider.
If the product inside is damaged, contact us within **24 hours**.
