Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bazak.pk, we are committed to delivering your favorite essentials quickly and safely.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (M&P, Postex, Trax, Leopards, TCS etc).

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Free Shipping All Orders over the value of PKR 3,000/-

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can enter this number on our courier partner's website to see the live status of your parcel.

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the rider when you receive the parcel.
  • Online Payment: Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Bank Transfer (Contact us for details).
  • On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment (Minimum 50%.). Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation, and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.

Incomplete or Damaged Parcels

While we pack everything with care, accidents can happen during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened:

  • Please do not accept an open parcel from the rider.
  • If the product inside is damaged, contact us within **24 hours**.

Special Note

Due to inflation, if customer won't receive previous order. He/ She have to pay full advance payment of their second order if they need their second order.

For University & Hostel address. We are taking at least half payment advance, as 99 % parcels are coming back from these addresses. But at same time we are offering flat 10%off on their order.
