At Bazak.pk, we are committed to delivering high-quality fashion and beauty products. While we do not offer "repair warranties" due to the nature of consumable goods (cosmetics) and apparel (undergarments/clothing), we do offer a Quality Guarantee to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.

1. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that:

  • All cosmetic products sold on our website are 100% Original and within their expiry dates.

  • All garments (undergarments/clothing) are brand new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects.

2. Valid Claims (When you can claim)

You are eligible to file a claim for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Item: The product arrived broken, leaked, or torn.

  • Wrong Item Sent: You received a different size, color, or product than what you ordered.

  • Expired Product: In the rare event that a cosmetic product has passed its expiry date.

  • Manufacturing Defect: The garment has a stitching error, hole, or missing part (e.g., hooks on a bra).

3. Invalid Claims (What is NOT covered)

We cannot accept claims in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: "I don't like the fragrance" or "The shade doesn't suit me."

  • Skin Reactions: We sell branded cosmetics but do not manufacture them. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please check the ingredients before use.

  • Washed/Used Items: Any garment that has been washed, worn, or has had the tags removed cannot be claimed under warranty.

  • Damage due to Misuse: Rips or tears caused by trying on a size that is too small, or damage caused by improper washing.

4. Claim Timeline

To prevent fraud and hygiene issues, all claims must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of receiving the parcel will strictly not be entertained.

5. How to File a Claim

To file a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not Use: If the item is damaged, put it back in the packaging immediately.

  2. Take Photos/Video: Take clear pictures or a short video of the defect. Tip: We highly recommend making an unboxing video when you open your parcel for the first time.

  3. Contact Us: Send the evidence along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp or Email.

6. Resolution Process

Once your claim is validated by our team:

  • Exchange: We will send a replacement unit free of cost.

  • Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, or issue a Store Coupon for future use.
